The rooms with a traditional feel. Marvellous, favourable location very close to centre of Richards Bay. And right by the shops and main points, excellent restaurants nearby and the King Shaka airport.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the centre of town and within walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious with 2 double beds and had a traditional feel, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail was evident, with all the Dstv channels available, including access to Netflix. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I couldn't find any faults or areas for improvement during my stay. All was perfect!

Secondly, the location in a quiet area close to the center of Richards Bay was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. From the basic amenities provided to the rooms with a traditional feel, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, having access to all DSTV channels and Netflix was a great bonus!

Although there were a few minor areas that could be improved, overall, everything was exceptional.

Our stay at Rooibos Retreat was outstanding. The luxurious and clean room had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The decor and linen were top-notch, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The shower and tub were exquisite, adding to the overall relaxation. The coffee station was a nice touch, and the plates and cutlery were stunningly set up. Adell, the host, was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The central location of the retreat was also a bonus.

Spacious and quiet suite, amazing bathroom, sparkling clean, passionate and attentive host, fantastic amenities.

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy accommodation, with friendly staff and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, with excellent nearby restaurants and a serene environment. Moreover, our suite had modern décor, free toiletries, fresh towels, and laundry service daily. The dinner was high-quality, and the lounge was available for streaming TV shows.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to work remotely at times.

We had an amazing stay here! Clean and well-equipped, the hotel had everything we needed: good parking, easy transportation to restaurants and shops, and friendly staff. The location was perfect – not too far from the center but still private. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and took advantage of the hotel's facilities. a great experience!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Spent Christmas vacation in a charming, cozy hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. We especially enjoyed the fresh towels and daily cleaning service which saved us a lot of time. We spent our evenings by the pool and enjoyed the refreshing drinks provided by the hotel staff. The wireless connection was strong and consistent, making our stay even more convenient.

We could have done with a bit more variety on the menu as we got a bit tired of having the same meal every other night. The pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's just a matter of personal preference.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and nightlife. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided complimentary water and coffee in the room which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was disappointing. Limited options and poor quality.
